The Idea of a Perfect Language is an Elitist concept and thus Racist and derogatory in nature. It has been constructed and invented to serve Elitist means.

On the other hand, Language of masses or LWC (Language of Wider Communication) is naturally evolved and is never static but always expanding, thus representing the wisdom of humanity. Syntactic rules are liberal here, discrimination on basis of pronunciation doesn't apply and new words, phrases,  clauses, irrespective of their origin keep multiplying ever.
